License Policy

Specific terms governing the use of Dirstarter boilerplate, including license scope, permitted usage, restrictions, and intellectual property rights.

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Dirstarter, represented by Piotr Kulpinski ([email protected]), and you, the user ("Licensee"), regarding the use of the Dirstarter coding boilerplate (the "Product").

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Dirstarter grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the Dirstarter coding boilerplate for the following purposes:

  • Create unlimited projects
  • Build and develop applications or websites for personal or commercial use

2. Restrictions

Licensee shall not:

  • Resell or redistribute the Dirstarter boilerplate as a standalone product
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Dirstarter boilerplate
  • Use the Dirstarter boilerplate in any way that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Sub-license, rent, lease, or transfer the Dirstarter boilerplate or any rights granted under this Agreement

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Dirstarter retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in and to the Dirstarter boilerplate. This Agreement does not grant Licensee any ownership rights in the Dirstarter boilerplate.

4. Liability

Piotr Kulpinski's liability to you for costs, damages, or other losses arising from your use of the download files — including third-party claims against you — is limited to a refund of your license fee. Piotr Kulpinski may not be held liable for any consequential damages related to your use of the download files.
