Legal terms and conditions governing the use of Dirstarter, including license terms, refund policy, warranties, and liability limitations.
By accessing and utilizing Dirstarter, you hereby acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions in their entirety, and agree to be bound by their provisions.
This Agreement shall become effective upon your initial utilization of the Dirstarter application.
Your purchase gives you a perpetual license to use Dirstarter as described in the License Policy. There are no recurring fees.
We can terminate your license only if you materially breach the License Policy, for example by reselling the code or publishing it in a public repository. Before terminating, we'll email you, describe the breach, and give you 14 days to fix it. If the breach can't be undone, such as code that has already been redistributed, termination is immediate.
If we terminate your license, you lose access to the repository, updates and support, and you must stop using the Dirstarter code.
If we stop updating or selling Dirstarter, your license stays valid. Projects you've built keep running under the license you bought.
You can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing [email protected]. You don't need to give a reason. A refund ends your license: we revoke repository access, and you must stop using the code and delete your copies. After 30 days, purchases are non-refundable. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
Dirstarter is provided "as is" without any warranties, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will meet your specific requirements or operate without interruption or error. All warranties and conditions not expressly stated in this Agreement (including, without limitation, loss of profits, data corruption, business interruption, or loss of contracts) are hereby excluded to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights.
Dirstarter makes no warranties, guarantees, or representations regarding the quality, fitness for purpose, or performance of the software. Dirstarter shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
In the event of any delay or failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, Dirstarter shall not be deemed in breach of contract. Notwithstanding any contrary provisions, Dirstarter's liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid for the services or software. You hereby release Dirstarter from any obligations, liabilities, and claims exceeding this limitation.
Dirstarter assumes no responsibility for the content created or actions taken by users utilizing our platform.
As Dirstarter evolves and expands its offerings, pricing may be subject to adjustment. Discounts are provided to secure current pricing and protect against future increases.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Poland. You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Dirstarter as a result of your use of these services. You agree not to represent yourself as an authorized representative, agent, or employee of Dirstarter. You agree that Dirstarter shall not be liable for any representations, acts, or omissions on your part.
